Great second question. Calls the bluff of the first. Can’t find this education anywhere else. Certainly not at work, at the bookshop or online.

Very good, Robin. In my area, I like to tell clients that SEO is a process, not a project, and that applies to most types of marketing activity. What do you want your web presence to look like in a year? In three years? Those questions need to be addressed before a company breaks open the checkbook.

Thanks, Brad. Bang on!
I’m always intrigued how many businesses gear their whole offering around short-term transactions.
There is no real breadth/depth to their product/service bundle, nowhere to trade to after the initial few sales. All the more opportunity for suppliers who understand this!
Best, Robin
